Return of Products and Replacements
Celebration Hut offers a 1 week replacement warranty for all products sold on its Website, under certain conditions mentioned here in below:
i. You will notify Celebration Hut of any defect within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products to be eligible for a replacement, provided such return is for reasons limited to damage during shipment, packaging defect, incomplete packaging, wrongly delivered or wrong product. Products should be returned in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. Shipping and handling charges for return of such defective products and replacement shall be borne by the customer.
ii. As the pictures of the products are taken in a professional setup, it may appear slightly different upon receipt from the one shown on the website. Celebration Hut shall not be held responsible and liable for any variation of appearance or display of products on its Website. No return and replacement will be provided for such variations in visuals or display of the product.
iii. In the event that You fail to inform Celebration Hut within the stipulated time frame and condition set out in Clause 9(a)(i), Celebration Hut reserves the right to accept or reject such replacement request at its sole discretion.
iv. Celebration Hut will replace/repair the defective product depending upon the warranty of the product at no extra cost. Celebration Hut will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, Celebration Hut reserves the right to offer an alternate product or refund for that particular product in case the returned product is out of stock/ production.
v. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos are only approximate. Most products here are handmade items. There may, hence, be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Celebration Hut, at its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar / alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.
v. You acknowledge that the return and replacement policy is not valid for certain products, including not limited to boxes customized by you, complimentary gifts, food items and personalized items.
Refund Policy
a. You understand and acknowledge that all sales are final and
b. that there shall be no refund of any payment under any event whatsoever. In the event that You do not want replacement of a defective Product(s) under Clause 9, Celebration Hut shall offer an credit of the refundable amount, to you within in a maximum of 15 Business Days from the date of receipt of notification of defect in accordance with Clause 9, and will be valid for 1 month from date of issue.
